Shipping Policies

In-stock items ship within 2 business days. Some products are built to order, and will ship direct from the manufacturer. Lead times on products built-to-order will be confirmed upon purchase.

Shipping Charges

The vast majority of our products are small parts which fit in a USPS Priority Mail flat rate conainter and ship domestically and internationally for a low flat rate of $5.50. Strat and Tele pickguards are too large to fit and require a larger box with a higher shipping charge. Heavier items like pedals, speakers, and amplifiers have a higher shipping charge as well.

Return Policies

All returns and refunds must be made within 5 days, and authorized by RETROSPEC. Unopened items may be returned for credit/refund within 5 days of delivery, provided all packaging is undamaged and in good condition. Any items that have been installed, used and/or damaged in any way are not eligible for return or refund. Refunds/credits can not be given on damaged products or packaging. Customers will be responsible for the applicable shipping charges on returned items.
